Starting from October 1, 2019, the website of ОООАдверс has launched a "personal consumer account" for customers. This account aims to provide services for customers who wish to obtain factory warranty for ОООАдверс's brand PLANAR and BINAR self installed products.

1. This personal account is registered when the consumer wishes to obtain warranty, self installation, and maintenance of air heaters and preheaters for the purchased products provided by the limited liability company "Advers", without the need for certification services, at their own expense.

The product shall be sold for 18 months or 1000 hours (500 hours for air heaters or liquid heaters) or 50000 kilometers after installation in the car, whichever comes first.

2. The manufacturer hereby confirms that its warranty obligations will be fulfilled if the consumer meets the following conditions:

1) By confirming the legality of the purchased product manufacturer O ОО "Адверс"

Upload scanned copies or photos in personal accounts, including receipts, purchase orders, cargo tickets, or other documents proving legal purchases, and indicate the factory number and warranty card scan;

2) Vehicle data to be installed (brand, model, VIN, mileage)

3) Proof of correct installation of the product in accordance with the manufacturer's installation guidelines must be accompanied by at least 10 photos of the installation on a specific vehicle.
