The independent preheating starter heater can be connected to the cooling system of vehicles, and if used for campers, yachts, and ships, it can also be connected to the internal liquid heating system. During operation, air first enters the combustion chamber of the liquid preheater through the intake pipe, and then mixes with the fuel delivered by the metering fuel pump to form a combustible mixture. Subsequently, the ignition plug ignites the mixture, triggering the combustion process and achieving heating of the heat exchanger. Subsequently, the electric pump of the heater will drive the heated liquid to circulate between the engine and the radiator of the vehicle's original heating system.

When the system reaches a sufficient temperature, the control module for preheating and starting the heater will activate the vehicle's original heating fan, sending hot air into the cockpit.

This type of preheating and starting heater is designed specifically for engine preheating, which can avoid cold starting of the engine and maintain a comfortable temperature inside the cabin even in extremely cold environments.

All preheating start-up heaters are equipped with built-in safety systems and sensor systems to monitor equipment operation in real-time. Once faults such as battery depletion, heater overheating, and low fuel level are detected, the self diagnostic system will automatically shut down the heater to ensure safe use.
